Can Cavall Blau

Can Cavall Blau approached us with the idea of sharing its bitter orange aperitif, Amargéro, with Mallorca. What began as a simple product introduction quickly unfolded into a story about people, place and connection.

Through our strategic sessions, we agreed that the most meaningful way to introduce Amargéro was not through traditional marketing, but through experience. The estate itself became the story, with sweeping views of the Serra de Tramuntana, polo horses grazing in the distance, and the unhurried pace of rural Mallorcan life.

We supported the team in opening the doors to what would become The Home of Amargéro – a place where the brand, the land and the community could come together. From there, we developed the concept and launch of Amargéro Hour, a weekly aperitif gathering inspired by the Mallorcan tradition of tardeo. It quickly became one of the island’s favourite ways to spend a Sunday afternoon, bringing together locals, travellers, artists and neighbours alike.

Our work shaped the tone of voice, content strategy and narrative that grew a community around Amargéro, turning a small-batch aperitif into a living part of Mallorca’s social culture.
